Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will not follow unconstitutional procedure in order to adopt draft bills before the committees' formation. Chairman of the VRU Arseniy Yatsenyuk stated in an interview with journalists.
According to him, it is impossible to adopt laws before the formation of the corresponding committees. “That’s why we will not follow unconstitutional procedure,” he said.
He has noted that the Verkhovna Rada can consider the law on the Cabinet of Minister and imperative mandate, but at the same time he has reminded that these laws are considered in the Constitutional Court.
