Speaker of the parliament Arseniy Yatsenyuk has called upon the People’s deputies not to make a laughingstock of the Verkhovna Rada. ForUm’s correspondent reports.
He has asked to stop a “circus” with the blockade of the podium.
The VRU head has closed the session of the parliament and informed that the next time the People’s deputies will hold session on Tuesday at 10 a.m.
Yatsenyuk has emphasized that according to the law and the VRU regulations, on Tuesday under any circumstances the vote for the Prime Minister of Ukraine will take place.
According to him, at the moment the question on the candidacy of the first deputy speaker is open. He has noted that the VRU officially waits for the proposition from the minority concerning this candidacy.
Besides, Yatsenyuk has informed that the parliamentarian majority has nominated the candidacy of Mykola Tomenko to the post of the speaker deputy.
