Chairman of the European Court of Human rights Jean-Paul Costa will visit Ukraine next year. Press service of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine reports.
Chairman of the CCU Andriy Stryzhak during the meeting with chairman of the European Court in Strasburg invited him to visit Ukraine. Costa received the invitation.
Besides, in Strasbourg Stryzhak held meetings with Secretary General of the PACE Mateo Sorinas, and secretary of the Venice commission Thomas Market. They spoke about the role of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in the process of obligations' fulfillment, necessary to enter the Council of Europe, and about the authority strengthening of the CCU in the state and society in the context of the court-legal reforms in Ukraine in accordance with the standards of the European Council.
