
President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko is going to hold a meeting with People’s deputies from “Our Ukraine-People’s Self-Defense” bloc today. The press secretary of the President Iryna Vannykova informed.
Yushchenko said that he would listen to all claims of the People’s deputies who had not still signed coalition agreement with BYuT. He promised that there would be all signatures of People’s deputies form “OU-PSD” bloc under the coalition agreement.
According to the President, before coalition to start its work, all issues and main principles of its activity must be regulated.
It is very important that the VRU to find a compromise, because it faces very important tasks. None of the political forces can itself solve any issue in the parliament and the government. It is necessary to hold active dialogue.
Yushchenko noted that he would make all efforts in order there will be no confrontations among political forces in the VRU.
As a reminder, there are seven People’s deputies from OU-PSD faction who have not signed coalition agreement with BYuT: Stanislav Dovgy, Mykola Onishchuk, Yury Yekhanurov, Ivan Plyushch, Viktor Topolov, Ihor Kril, Vasyl Petyovka.
