People’s deputy Andriy Orlov, elected in the VRU by the lists of the Party of Regions, has not taken an oath because is ill and now is in a hospital. PR representative Vasyl Kyselyov stated, answering a question why only 174 People’s deputies instead of 175, registered in the CEC, have entered the faction of the Party of Regions.
According to Kyselyov, as soon as Orlov discharges from the hospital, he will take an oath of the People’s deputy and will be registered as the member of the PR faction.
