Political scientist of Ukrainian branch of International institute of Humanitarian-political researches Volodymyr Malynkovych considers that BYuT and “OU-PSD” bloc will not quarrel concerning laws that are necessary to be adopted, until the first session of the VRU of VI convocation. He said that in an interview to the ForUm’s correspondent today.

According to Malynkovych, the first VRU session of VI convocation is likely to take place on November 20. "Then there will be discussions concerning necessary laws,” he said.

According to him, it is obvious that the BYuT leader Yulia Tymoshenko would be a PM.

Malynkovych noted that now the matter does not concern who will be a PM but on what conditions Tymoshenko will be a head of the government, i.e. how much authority Yushchenko can get. The matter concerns what relations will be between opposition-Party of Regions and the power. Not VR committees and opposition status are of great importance but there are negotiations whether PR can expect change of coalition in some time.
