Chairman of Council of National bank of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko stated that there will be no hryvnya revaluation.
“There will be no hryvnya revaluation. We will not have rate 4.90 UAH/USD, because there is a corridor - 4.95 UAH/USD. There will be floating rate of hryvnya, but there will be no drops or hikes,” he said.
“National bank, government, President and parliament have enough methods of influence on hryvnya rate, including targeting rate. But we will not let the same situation as was in 2005,” he said.
