President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko has signed a Decree “On delegation of Ukraine for participation and negotiations with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development concerning preparation of draft on the Credit agreement between Ukraine and the EBRD”.
As the press service of the President reports, the corresponding decree № 1055/2007 was signed on November 2, 2007. The text of the document in placed on the official side of the President.
Volodymyr Makuha, deputy Fuel and Energy Minister of Ukraine, is appointed as the head of the delegation.
