Experts of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) after the attendance of Donetsk on October 31 stated that all works and measures are being held in correspondence with the affirmed plan.
As the Donetsk city council informs, the UEFA don’t have any rebukes concerning preparation of the city for the youth football championship 2009 and the football championship of the national teams 2012.
Within the framework of the visit the UEFA commission got acquainted with slides’ presentations of the city, main measures on preparation for the championships of Europe, and also with ground transport infrastructure and the city airport.
Besides, experts of the UEFA visited the Donetsk regional medical center; got acquainted with conditions of placement in the hotels “Donbas Palace”, “Atlas”, “Praga” and the hostel №5 of the National University of economics and trade.
