Democratic forces understand worry of people concerning retardation of official formation of parliamentary majority in the VRU. The OU-PSD bloc leader Yury Lutsenko stated that yesterday in scope of the press conference. The ForUm’s correspondent informs.
At the same time Lutsenko noted that according to the legislation, “OU-PSD bloc now may only declare readiness to form parliamentary majority. “Not we but our opponents, who lost elections, by court suits retard opening of session of new parliament,” Lutsenko noted.
He noted that democratic forces are also concerned about such retardation.
Lutsenko expressed hope that the first VRU session of VI convocation would take place on November 15, but added that it could happen a bit later.
He promised that “OU-PSD” bloc would act in accordance with legislation and confirmed readiness of the bloc to form democratic coalition.
Moreover, Lutsenko denied information that ex-mayor of Kyiv Olexander Omelchenko (member of OU-PSD) is not going to vote for democratic coalition. “It is only provocations and speculations of those who lost elections,” Lutsenko stressed.
