People’s deputy of Ukraine of the fifth convocation, member of the Party of Regions faction Mykhaylo Chechetov considers that if dollar rate changes sharply to hryvnya, it will be a suicide for the country. He told ForUm’s correspondent.
The People’s deputy notes that the BYuT actively tries to achieve the revaluation of hryvnya, but all sensible people understand that hryvnya should be hard currency, and its rate should not vary sharply.
“The BYuT built its election campaign with the help of lies and now it is trying to find the ways to fulfill its promises. Dollar rate to hryvnya should not change. The President also spoke about this. Viktor Andriyovych is the specialist of high class in the financial sphere. He understands the consequences,” the People’s deputy said.
