People’s deputy of Ukraine of the fifth convocation, member of the SPU faction Evgen Filindash considers that formation of the coalition of the national unity is quite possible. He told ForUm’s correspondent.
The People’s deputy notes that there are two reasons for this. The first reason is the objective one: the coalition, relying on part of voters of Ukraine (western and partially central part), which has the advantage of three seats in the parliament, couldn’t be firm. According to Filindash, such coalition will not have serious public support and will not be able to perform important State tasks.
“The second reason: the BYuT, the Party of Regions and the “Our Ukraine” are political superstructures of financial and industrial groups. As a matter of fact, these are the political parts of oligarchic groups, which differ one from another by nature of their capitals, but at the same time have much more in common, than the ideological parties, such as CPU and the SPU. We all remember how the negotiations between the PR and the OU were held last summer”, the People’s deputy said.
Filindash notes that there is no big social and economic difference among the PR, the BYuT and the OU-PSD, that’s why the wide coalition is quite possible.
