Governor of Zhytomyr region Yury Pavlenko sent resignation application from the position of chairman of Zhytomyr regional administration. He stated that on one of the Zhytomyr channel.
“I am honest person and responsible for my words. Before elections I stated that if OU does not win elections in Zhytomyr region, I would resign. I sent the corresponding resignation application on October 16,” he said.
Pavlenko is appointed governor of Zhytomyr region since December 2006. He was the seventh number in OU-PSD during parliamentary elections
