Deputy head of President’s Secretaries Maryna Stavniychuk has reminded that the Constitution foresees no elections after early elections at least for one year.
“Our actions must proceed from Constitution positions. Currents Constitution of Ukraine does not foresee any elections during one year after early elections," she said.
Stavniychuk has noted that there are grounds to consider that results of elections, announced by the CEC, will be valid even in case of any suits.
She also noted that party method of election commission formation is unacceptable.
