Central Election Commission does not see any obstacles to announce official results of early parliamentary elections, the deputy chairman of the CEC Andry Magera stated that today.
He reminded that the term of results announcement expires today.
According to him, the CEC session is scheduled at 14 p.m. where elections results are going to be announced.
Answering the question that the Supreme Administrative court of Ukraine declined claim of SPU member Ivan Boky on recalculation of votes throughout the whole Ukraine, he said that the Court did not consider the claim as it is out of Supreme administrative court jurisdiction. He stated that claims on votes recalculations are considered only by local courts. He also stressed that the law does not foresee recalculations of the votes in total.
