Slovak President Ivan Gasparovic welcomed President Viktor Yushchenko to Bratislava’s Presidential Palace on Thursday for talks expected to focus on how to develop Ukraine’s ties with Slovakia.
Gasparovic and Slovakia's first lady honored Yushchenko and his wife with a military ceremony that included a brass band and flags of both nations.
The two leaders will attend a ceremony to sign bilateral agreements before their talks, President’s press office reports.
