The representatives of political forces, defending interests of big business, but not interests of voters, will be present at today’s meeting at the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine. Leader of the Communist party of Ukraine Petro Symonenko stated, commenting on the President’s invitation for leaders only of four political parties and blocs, which have entered the parliament, and non-invitation of the CPU.
“It indicates once more that the President is not interested in opinion of Ukrainian voters,” Symonenko emphasized.
According to him, Yushchenko has invited only those “who represent his interests and interests of big business”.
“The President heads this oligarchic power,” Symonenko is assured.
As earlier reported, on Monday at 3 p.m. in the President’s Secretariat the meeting of Head of the State Viktor Yushchenko and the leaders of the political forces will be held, who have entered the Verkhovna Rada, according to the elections’ results.
The Leaders of the Party of Regions, the bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko, the “Our Ukraine – People’s Self-Defense” bloc and the bloc of Volodymyr Lytvyn are invited to the meeting.
