Ukraine was named among 20 countries, which will receive most of direct foreign investments in 2007-2009, a new report of the UN Conference on Trade and Development devoted to investment perspectives in 2007 - 2009 said, Cabinet’s press office reports.
The report was presented in the UN Geneva office. It authors made their conclusions basing on the poll of 192 biggest transnational corporations. In the list of 20 countries Ukraine was 18th.
Since 1994 Ukraine has received over 24 billion USD of foreign investments, 511 USD per each Ukrainian.
