
Kyiv city chairman Leonid Chernovetsky rejects the possibility of another election of Kyiv mayor and calls upon politicians not to destabilize the situation in Kyiv. As the press service of the Kyiv city administration reports, Chernovetsky told correspondent of “Kreshchatyk” newspaper.
“I claim that in spite of intentions of preoccupied with policy citizens of Kyiv, Kyiv will be developed further in the determined directions. We do big work for Kyiv citizens, and we will do all the possible in order Kyiv to be the place of economic stability. Beside, today’s position of Kyiv, as the capital of Ukraine, is necessary for the whole State. I’m sure that only Kyiv will help to keep stability in Ukraine today,” Chernovetsky emphasized.
Kyiv mayor has stated that “another election of mayor is not foreseen in Kyiv, and only party functionaries, who need gratuitous money, are interested in this.”
