The most of illegal actions during the realization of election legislation norms occurred only within the limits of polling stations. Deputy Head of the Central Election Committee Olexander Magera stated, ForUm’s correspondent reports.
According to him, the possibility of violations of election results ascertainment within the limits of election districts, especially at the level of the CEC, is minimized.
Magera has specified facts which make the falsification impossible. In particular, these are: presence of representatives of different People’s deputies’ factions; presence of official observers; right of presence of authorized persons of People’s deputies’ candidates; publicity, provided by presence of mass media representatives.
