VRU ombudsman Nina Karpachova claims that about five million of Ukrainian illegal immigrants were out of election process because of their illegal status.
Karpachova also notes the low attendance of Ukrainian citizens who are officially registered in consulate abroad.
In particular, in Moscow only 797 (2, 49%) out 32 thousand of Ukrainian citizens have voted, in Berlin (Germany) – 448 (2,23%) out of 20078, in Portugal – 612 (less than 5%) out of 12413.
Citizens, who were abroad and didn’t return to Ukraine 3 days before the day of election, were excluded from the election lists.
