The Committee of voters of Ukraine expresses anxiety concerning the retardation of summing up of election results, especially in the eastern regions of Ukraine, as well as the possibility to correct the election results. Chairman of the Committee of voters of Ukraine Ihor Popov said at the press conference.
According to him, the Committee of voters has “a suspicion that a certain game is being held in order to correct the election results”. Popov noted that results of exit-polls and first data about the election results showed insignificant gap among political forces of possible “orange” coalition and other subjects of election process. According to him, that’s why some participants of the elections may try to correct the results of voting for their benefit.
The Committee of voters has special anxiety concerning the refusal of 7 district electoral committees to perform final information about general attendance of voters.
