Representatives of observation mission of International organization “For fair elections” have noticed a range of violations during preparation and holding of early parliamentary elections in Ukraine. They said that today at a press conference.
In particular, they noticed many inaccuracies in election lists. There is inadequate number of voters: election lists contain dead persons or people who are under 18. It also happens that the whole streets are not included to the election lists.
Mission of observers also noted that doubts are cast upon specialists in judicial sphere, considering numerous courts cases concerning elections. In particular it concerns president’s participation in agitation campaign of “Our Ukraine-People’s Self-Defense” bloc. The observers are inclined to consider President’s TV address to people on Friday as an agitation action to vote for one of the political forces.
At the same time, representatives of this organization noted that it is only preliminary data on violations, fixed by them. The rest of them will be announced tomorrow.
