One of the polling stations has not been opened in Mariupil (Donetsk region) in the morning, September 30. The members of the divisional election committee couldn’t enter the building of polling station because there was a dead body of a female.
As it turned out, this was a police lieutenant, born in 1984. This was a suicide. Interior Ministry spokesman Kostyantyn Stohniy told ForUm’s correspondent.
According to him, many different versions have been processed, but the psychological problems are the most likely reasons of this suicide.
