Foreign Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk has spoken at the General assembly of the UNO with the proposition to adopt an environmental constitution of the Earth.
According to the Minister, it is necessary to put into force a new environmental order. Yatsenyuk proposes to set up strict international sanctions for violation of the ecologic norms.
In New York, where the assembly takes place, Yatsenyuk has held the negotiations with Foreign Minister of Russia Sergiy Lavrov. They have decided to renew work of the intergovernmental Ukrainian-Russian committee.
