The statement of the representatives of the Party of Regions that their political party may reject from participation in the early parliamentary election is an election technology. First deputy Head of the President’s Secretariat, President’s representative in the Cabinet of Ministers Olexander Shlapak has stated on Friday, ForUm’s correspondent reports.
“I comment on questions, which I’m professionally busy with, that’s why I will tell as Ukrainian citizen of the country: I agree with the opinion of some politicians that such statements are just an election technology,” he said.
According to him, the elections will take place. “I’m sure that the Party of Regions also will take part in the early parliamentary elections,” Shlapak emphasized.
As earlier reported, on September 20 the Party of Regions stated that in case of further provocation the party would take a decision not to participate in the early parliamentary elections.
On Friday 21 leader of the PR Viktor Yanukovych has noted that the Party of Regions doesn’t intend to refuse from participation in the early elections to the VRU.
