Kateryna Yushchenko presented five books about Holodomor in Ukraine in 1932-33 on September 13 during the Forum publishers in Lviv. These books were presented within the framework of “Lessons of history” program.

The titles of these books are the following: “The Harvest of Sorrow: Soviet Collectivization and the Terror-Famine” Robert Conquest, “Famine in Ukraine. Selected articles”, “Declassified memory: Holodomor of 1932-1939 in Ukraine in documents of NKVD”, “Holodomor of 1932-1933 in Ukraine: documents and materials”, and book of Valentyna Borysenko “Candle of memory. History about genocide of Ukrainians in 1932-1933”. Every of five books were published in 15 thousand copies.

As Kateryna Yushchenko informed these books would be spread to libraries of the country. “We want these publications to be in every district. Then we will try to print them more for every child to know history” Yushchenko noted.
