In case of presidential elections in the near future 1/3 of Ukrainians would vote for Yanukovych, according to results of social poll of Ukrainian social service.
The head of this service Mykola Mykhalchenko noted that 27% of Ukrainians would vote for Yanukovych.
Tymoshenko and Yushchenko would have almost equal ratings; 16.5% and 15.6% correspondently. Symonenko would be supported by 7.1% of people. Lytvyn would have 6.5% of electors votes, Moroz -4.3%, Vitrenko - 3%.
Somebody else would have 5.2% of support: 6.6% of voters do not intend to vote.
The poll was carried out from August 31 to September 7, 2007 in 16 regions of Ukraine.
In total 2482 respondents were surveyed.
