Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of the fifth convocation Olexander Moroz forecasts that after September 20 the presentation of the State budget for 2008 will take place. Moroz stated on Sunday in Poltava.
Moroz has noted that this week there will be no parliamentary sessions because the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine must introduce a draft budget till September 15, according to the Budget code.
Moroz is convinced that the parliamentary sessions must be carried out in order nobody can use the right to dismiss the parliament as the sessions are not held within 30 days.
