Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of the fifth convocation Olexander Moroz thinks that the new parliament will start the procedure of President Viktor Yushchenko impeachment. He stated at the international conference "Development of parliamentarianism: problems and prospects".
In particular, Moroz has noted that “it is usurpation of power”, when somebody takes the authority of another branch of power. He has emphasized that usurpation of power is a crime, and it has a corresponding classification in the legislation of Ukraine and foresees responsibility, as well as the criminal one.
"It is obvious that the new parliament will solve this question, if the elections really take place and competence of the parliament is transparent,” Moroz said.
