The first vice Prime Minister Mykola Azarov considers NSDC decision concerning Transport and Emergency Ministers suspension is illegal. He said that yesterday in an interview to parliamentary journalists, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
“I told the President that NSDC has no right to dismiss Minister. There is the Constitution, coalition procedure to form the Government, the law on Cabinet that defines procedure on appointment and dismissal of Ministers, but not the NSDC…,” Azarov noted.
Azarov noted that he and one more person voted against such decision. Prosecutor General Olexander Medvedko abstained from voting, having referred to discrepancy of the documents.
