The VRU of the fifth convocation is legal and legitimate and it will work in accordance with the Constitution. People’s deputy from the Party of Regions Volodymyr Makeenko stated in his speech during the VRU session. The ForUm’s correspondent reports.
“There were no legal or social and economic backgrounds for the parliament’s work stoppage,” he said.
The People’s deputy said the Party of Regions had taken not a simple decision to participate in the elections in order not to lose the State.
According to Makeenko, the Party of Regions is ready to vote for the People’s deputies immunity cancellation and in such a way “to finish all this campaign”.
