Justice Minister of Ukraine Olexander Lavrynovych does not exclude that early parliamentary elections on September 30 may not take place. He has said that today, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
According to him, there will be no need in early parliamentary elections in case 300 People’s deputies come to parliament to participate in extraordinary VRU session on September 4. “In case there are 300 People’s deputies registered in the VRU, there will be no early elections. Decrees on early elections will be valid only for those who sign them,” he said.
He noted that the CEC did not consider question on deprivation People’s deputies of their mandates. So there is no decision on the VRU has not appropriate number of People’s deputies for its work.
As a reminder Olexander Moroz stated on convocation of extraordinary VRU session on September 4.
