Budget means of Secretariat are spent to excess?

The Chamber of Accounts of Ukraine has found out gross violation of budget means expenditure of the President’s Secretariat

In particular, unforeseen by the legislation posts are present in the staff list and the sum of bonuses, paid to the employees, accounts 240% of their rates of salaries.

There are eight deputies of Viktor Baloha in the staff list of the Secretariat, one of whom is charged to coordinate the activity of others.

The Chamber of Accounts of Ukraine in its report makes stress on the fact that the official salary in the President’s Secretariat accounts only 18-30% of real staff salary.
