President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko addresses politicians not to confuse the question on provision of the authority functioning with the benefits for the officials. He told journalists in Poltava region, commenting on the initiative of the PM to cancel benefits for the officials.
According to Yushchenko, any authority needs fixed means, but these means shouldn’t be confused with the benefits.
Yushchenko has noted that it is necessary to hold open discussion concerning the authority functioning. According to him, it shouldn’t be done selectively, because everybody must be equal, as well as the President.
