Yesterday’s session of the Government showed the absence of its aspiration to stop the growth of administrative machine. Head of service on relations with the VRU and the Cabinet Yan Bernazyuk stated at a briefing in the President’s Secretariat.
According to Bernazyuk, the 12th deputy Minister of Interior Affairs was appointed yesterday. “The history of Ukraine has never seen the 12th deputies’ Ministers. Till 2006 any Minister didn’t have more than five deputies.
At the same time, the Secretariat’s representative has noted that according to the law, the Minister may have maximum four deputies, except of the Foreign Ministry and the Defense Ministry, where Ministers may have five deputies.
