Chernivtsi city council proposes all political parties and blocs, which want to lay out agitation tents in Chernivtsi city, to conclude an agreement with owners of ground areas on monthly payment for temporal usage of places, where tents are planed to be placed.
According to this decision, the participants of the elections must submit the corresponding appeal to the city council.
At the same time, the authorities of Chernivtsi intend to prohibit the mass agitation actions at the main squares of the city.
