Maryna Stavniychuk, President Victor Yushchenko’s deputy chief of staff and representative to the Central Election Commission and the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, said on Wednesday the Central Election Commission would soon register Yulia Tymoshenko’s bloc for next month’s snap parliamentary election, according to president's press office.
Stavniychuk said Kyiv District Administrative Court had ruled yesterday, August 14, the Central Election Commission had no right to refuse to register the bloc. She added that it “obviously has no motive” to defy the ruling.
