One of the BYuT leaders Olexander Turchynov does not intend to refute his statement on publishing of posters against BYuT leader by the “Segodnya” newspaper.
Turchynov commented on reply statement of “Segodnya” newspaper concerning to bring apology to the newspaper within 48 hours and refute information that newspaper published posters against BYuT.
According to Turchynov, newspapers demand shows that it needs 48 hours to cover up its tracks and to liquidate all evidences the owners of newspaper use as an instrument of black PR.
“Instead to make ultimatums and threats I would advise the newspaper not to fight against people who say the truth but publish true information,” he said.
As a reminder, Turchynov said that Akhmetov’s newspaper publishes posters with caricature of Yushchenko and Tymoshenko. He declared that BYuT opponents started using dirty technologies against BYuT.
Turchynov also noted that BYuT found out that posters were printed in publishing house of “Segodnya” newspaper, the owner of which is Rinat Akhmetov.
Turchynov said that BYuT had already applied to PGO, Interior Ministry and SBU with demand to investigate this case.
In turn, “Segodnya” newspaper denied its involvement in publication of posters against BYuT leader Yulia Tymoshenko and gave Olexander Turchynov 48 hours to bring apology to the newspaper.
