The BYuT strategy “Ukrainian breakthrough” “will be realized without waiting for the elections”. One of the BYuT leaders Olexander Turchynov stated on air of “1+1” TV channel.
He reminded that the BYuT strategy “Ukrainian breakthrough” had been presented at the interparty session of the BYuT.
“We have already started the realization of this strategy; in particular, we have started the process of referendum concerning the new Constitution,” Turchynov said, emphasizing that “our citizens must write the Constitution”.
Turchynov notes that all the materials on referendum are in the Central Election Committee, and “we are waiting when the CEC will consider these questions in order we can start to gather signatures and then to hold referendum itself”.
“So “Ukrainian breakthrough” has been already started to realize,” he emphasized.
