Govenor of Bavaria Edmund Stoiber claims that Ukraine is in need of European perspective, but the way to the membership in European Union is still very long. He said during his visit to Ukraine.
Meanwhile, Stoiber pointed out the close cooperation between Ukraine and European Union in the network of European policy of neighborhood.
Besides, Stoiber supports new enhanced agreement on cooperation between Ukraine and European Union. He claims that he will always conduct talks in Ukraine about this, taking into account the planned on September Ukraine–EU summit.
