“If we perform our program “The Ukrainian Breakthrough”, - including constitutional reform, - we will have strong power which will be able to clean all this chaos and create clear order. But this order will be built on the national, world values – such as market economy, democracy," Tymoshenko said.
Answering the question regarding how such order would get along with democracy, Yulia Tymoshenko said: “Logically and harmoniously. Because democracy is not a chaos, democracy is just and is an order which gives strength to every country”.
Yulia Tymoshenko said that “The Ukrainian Breakthrough” programme had been accepted on the congress as a basis, and in the nearest time it would be presented to Ukrainian expert environment, and after that it would be submitted to the national discussion.
