Cabinet of Ukraine offers to enhance circle of persons who may buy land areas in Ukraine. Draft bill №4035 “On changes introductions to Land Code” submitted by the Cabinet to the VRU on July 30 says it.
As the explanatory document to this draft bill says, development of this draft bill is stipulated by absence of legislative base in land sphere. The draft bill is also directed at improvement of sale procedure of land arreas of state and communal property.
Besides enhancement of circle of persons who may buy land areas, draft bill foresees removal of obstacles in attraction of foreign investments in economy of the country. In particular, draft bill foresees to have right to buy land areas by the enterprises with foreign investments.
