Chairman of the VRU of the fifth convocation Olexander Moroz at the extraordinary VRU session will propose to limit People’s deputies’ immunity. He has stated at a press conference on Thursday in Kyiv.
According to Moroz, agenda of the extraordinary session foresees to consider the draft bill on amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine, concerning the People’s deputies’ immunity.
Besides, Moroz has reminded that it is planned to consider the questions on legal basis of the election holding and the Constitutional Court decision about the resumption of benefits and compensations to certain categories of citizens.
As earlier reported, the extraordinary VRU session is planned to be held on August 7-10, 2007.
