CEC refutes accusations of the Cabinet concerning CEC delays process of formation of state register of electors and exceeds expenses for its formation, the CEC statement says.
The statement says that the Government has not adopted yet the main act that must define order and terms of formation of informative-communicative system of register and which creates normative base for corresponding actions of CEC. According to CEC statement, absence of Cabinet order is the main reason of retardation of formation of electors list.
Moreover, the statement says that CEC is a state body with special status; interference of other officials and bodies in CEC activity is forbidden by the law.
