President’s decree “On changes introductions to Resolution on honorable status of Ukraine” concerning awarding “Heroine Mother” title, is aimed at increase of motherhood and strengthening of parents responsibility for children upbringing, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
According to the president’s press office, decree foresees that honorable title “Heroine Mother” is awarded to women who gave birth and brought up five or more children, including adopted children. The matter also concerns significant contribution of these women to upbringing children, creation of favorable conditions for their education and talent development, formation of spiritual and moral characters.
