Reason of anthropogenic catastrophe in Lviv region, where tanks with yellow phosphorus derailed, became violations of technology of railway reconstruction works, according to the press service of “Kazakhstan railways” company.
“Conditions of transportation of dangerous freight were observed and corresponded to regulations demands of transportations,” the press service statement says.

“After reconstruction the trains speed was restricted to 60 km/h, the dangerous placec for derail were marked with special signals,” the statement says, UNIAN reports.
