Statement of Government on impossibility to fulfill CCU verdict concerning renew of financing of social benefits, suspended by budget 2007, is an example of double standards and neglect of Constitution. Yulia Tymoshenko said that of Thursday commenting on Cabinet statement.
“Yanukovych’s government demonstrates again its rude neglect of Constitution and laws, having officially stated that it will not fulfill CCU decision,” she said. Tymoshenko also noted that the matter concerns life of almost ten million citizens. CCU verdict is obvious for everybody fulfillment.
“Government misleads the people, having stated that to fulfill CCU verdict it is necessary o change legislation. Recently the PR together with socialists declared that everybody must obey CCU decision. They would obey it for their benefit, but when the matter concerns people’s welfare, they will find any reasons to ignore it,” she stressed.
