Ukrainian police learn experience of Russian security men how to struggle with skinheads. Anatoliy Bakhchivanzhi, the Head of criminal police on cases of under-age persons said at a press conference in Kyiv.
According to Bakhchivanzhi, one of his deputies is now in Moscow, where he learns methods of Russian security.
“In this direction not only our department works, but all the police. For example, now the special subdivision of the Criminal Investigation Department is being formed,” he said.
“The preventive work is being carried out among students of colleges, and senior pupils,” he added.
At the same time, Bakhchivanzhi claimed that the police considered radical football fans as skinheads too.
“In Kyiv and other regions there are skinheads, who are united in fan clubs, and support their teams,” he said.
