President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko suspended resolution of Government on allocation order of state budget means for development and reconstruction of water supply systems as considers it unconstructive. The head of the relations service with the VRU and Cabinet Yan Bernazyuk said that yesterday at a briefing, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
President considers that government resolution is unconstructive. This resolution says that 130 out of 200 million will be allocated for corresponding reconstruction of three regions of Ukraine: Luhansk, Donetsk and Kharkiv regions,” he noted.
According to him, “Government acts unconstructive, having decided that only these three regions have privilege right to get assistance in water supply systems reconstruction, despite other regions also faced this problem,” he stressed.
